(1) This Act may be called The Rajasthan Excise Act, 1950. (2) It extends to the whole of 1 [the State of Rajasthan] 2 [xxxx] . (3) It shall come into force on such date 3 as the 1 [State Government may], by notification in the 1 [Official Gazette], appoint in that behalf.
