(1) This Act may be called the Rajasthan Epidemic Diseases Act, 2020. (2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Rajasthan. (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on and from 1st May, 2020 except the provisions of section 11 which shall be deemed to have come into force on and from 22nd May, 2020.
