Resignation.-(1) Any member other than the Chairperson may at any time resign his office by a letter addressed to the Chairperson and such resignation shall take effect from the date on which resignation is accepted by the Chairperson. (2) A Chairperson may at any time resign from his office by a letter addressed to the State Government and such resignation shall take effect from the date on which resignation is accepted by the State Government.
