Information required from applicants for registration.-Every person who applies to have his name entered in the register must satisfy the Registrar that he possesses recognized medical qualification and he must inform the Registrar of the date on which he obtained the such qualification and shall also furnish any other information required by the Registrar in order to enable him to discharge his duties under the Act.
