Establishment of Board.- (1) The State Government shall by notification in the Official Gazette, establish, in the manner provided hereafter, a Board to be called the Rajasthan Board of Electropathy System of Medicine, for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this Act. (2) The Board so established shall be a body corporate having a perpetual succession and a common seal and may sue or be sued in its corporate name.
