Whoever, after the notification of any such order - (a) takes part in the performance or entertainment prohibited thereby, or in any performance or entertainment substantially the same as the performance or entertainment so prohibited; or (b) in any manner assists in conducting any such performance or entertainment, Or (c) is in wilful disobedience to such order present as a spectator during the whole or any part of any such performance or entertainment; or (d) being the owner or occupier, or having the use of, any house, room or place, opens, keeps or uses the same for any such performance or entertainment or permits the same to be opened, kept or used for any such performance or entertainment shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three months, or with fine, or with both.
