Application of General Fund.–The General Fund shall be utilized for meeting all expenses, recurring or non-recurring in connection with the affairs of the University: Amended by State Govt. vide letter No. F. 3 (7) Edu. 4/2009 dated 8/6/2012 Provided that no expenditure shall be incurred by the University in excess of the limits for total recurring expenditure and total non-recurring expenditure for the year, as may be fixed by the Board of Management, without the prior approval of the Board of Management.
