(1) The Rajasthan Contingency Fund Ordinance, 1956 (Rajasthan Ordinance 8 of 1956) is hereby repealed. (2) Such repeal shall not effect the rules and orders made under the Contingency Fund of Rajasthan Act, 1951 (Rajasthan Act III of 1951), in force in the pre-reorganisation State of Rajasthan and such rules and orders as in force immediately before, the appointed day shall, until rules are made under this Act, continue to be in force and be deemed to have been made under this Act.
