Appeal.- (1) Any person aggrieved by any order of District Committee may, within thirty days from the date of receipt of such order, appeal to the Authority in the manner as may be prescribed. (2) The Authority may entertain the appeal after the expiry of the said period of thirty days if it is satisfied that the appellant had sufficient cause for not preferring the appeal within said period. (3) The Authority shall dispose of the appeal within thirty days of filing of appeal after giving an opportunity of being heard.
