Penalties.- (1) In case of violation of any of the terms and conditions of registration or general conditions, the coaching centre shall be liable for penalties as follows:- (i) rupees 50,000/- for first violation; or (ii) rupees 2,00,000/- for the second violation; or (iii) cancellation of registration for subsequent violation. (2) If coaching centre fails to pay the amount of penalty the amount may be recovered from the proprietor of coaching centre as arrears of land revenue.
