Application of General Fund.- The General Fund shall be utilized for meeting all expenses, recurring or non- recurring in connection with the affairs of the University: Hkkx 4 ¼d½ jktLFkku jkt&i= ebZ 2] 2012 9¼45½ 45 Provided that no expenditure shall be incurred by the University in excess of the limits for total recurring expenditure and total non-recurring expenditure for the year, as may be fixed by the Board of Management, without the prior approval of the Board of Management.
