Temporary arrangements.- (1) At any time after the commencement of this Act and until such time as the authorities of the University are duly Hkkx 4 ¼d½ jktLFkku jkt&i=] vDVwcj 17] 2012 41¼ 70½ 70 constituted, any officer of the University may be appointed by the Vice- Chancellor with the prior approval of the Chancellor, to carry on the duties of any such authority. (2) The Vice-Chancellor may make temporary appointments subject to the approval of the Board at its next meeting, following the making of such appointment.
