Officers and other employees of the Authority to be public servants.- Every officer and other employees of the Authority and every member of the Authority, Executive Committee, other committees, Functional Board and other bodies constituted under this Act, shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of clause (28) of section 2 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (Central Act No. 45 of 2023).
