Recovery of expenses incurred.- Any expenses incurred by the Authority under sections 32,33,35,37 and 38 shall be a sum due to the Authority under this Act from the person in default or the owner of the land or plot and shall be recovered as arrears of land revenue. CHAPTER-VII Projects and Schemes
