Implementation of Plan.- As soon as may be, on the coming into operation of भाग 4 (क½ राजस् थान राज-पत्र, अप्रेल 03, 2025 232 any plan, the Authority shall take such action for implementation of the Plan as may be deemed necessary subject to the provisions of this Act.
