Supremacy of rules and Repeal of Existing Regulations.- (1) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in any other law or regulation for the time being in force, the rules made under this Act shall have overriding effect and shall prevail over any regulation, bylaw, or notification issued by the Authority, insofar as such regulations, bylaws, or notifications are inconsistent with the provisions of this Act or the rules made thereunder. (2) Upon the commencement of this Act and the enforcement of rules thereunder, any regulation, bylaw, or notification issued by the Authority that is inconsistent with the provisions of this Act or the rules made thereunder shall stand repealed to the extent of such inconsistency. (3) Any actions taken or decisions made under any regulation, bylaw, or notification issued by the Authority prior to the commencement of this Act shall remain valid unless expressly invalidated by the rules framed under this Act. भाग 4 (क½ राजस् थान राज-पत्र, अप्रेल 03, 2025 372
