Power to make rules.- (1) The State Government may from time to time make rules for the purpose of carrying out generally the provisions of this Act and regulating any particular matter thereunder which requires to be prescribed or in respect of which rules are required to be or may be made. 371 राजस् थान राज-पत्र, अप्रेल 03, 2025 भाग 4 (क) (2) The State Government may make rules for prescribing strength, salary, the conditions of service and emoluments, recruitment, granting leave, censuring, reducing, suspending or dismissing an employee of any of the services of the Authority for misconduct and dispensing with their services for any other reason under section 9. (3) All rules made by the State Government under this Act shall be published in the Official Gazette. (4) All rules made under this section shall be laid, as soon as may be after they are so made, before the House of the State Legislature, while it is in session for a period of not less than fourteen days, which may comprise in one session or in two successive sessions and, if before the expiry of the session in which they are so laid or of the session immediately following, the House of the State Legislature makes any modification in any of such rules or resolves that any such rule should not be made, such rule shall thereafter have effect only in such modified form or be of no effect, as the case may be, so however, that any modification or annulment shall be without prejudice to the validity of anything previously done thereunder.
