Authentication of orders, etc.- All proceedings of the Authority, the Executive Committee, other committees and the Functional Boards shall be authenticated by the signatures of the Chairman of the Authority, the Executive Committee, other committee, or the Functional Board, as the case may be, or of any member thereof authorised by the Chairman in this behalf and all other orders and instruments of the Authority shall be authenticated by the Bharatpur Development Commissioner or by any other officer of the Authority authorised by him in this behalf.
