Accounts and audit.- (1) The accounts of the Council shall be prepared before such date and at such intervals and in such manner as may be prescribed. (2) The accounts of the Council shall be audited in such manner and by such authority as may be prescribed. (3) As soon as the accounts of the Council are audited and approved by the Council, the Council shall send a copy thereof to the State Government.
