Establishment and incorporation of the Rajasthan Ayurved Nursing Council.- The State Government shall, by notification in the Official Gazette, establish a Council to be known as "the Rajasthan Ayurved Nursing Council" for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this Act and such Council shall be a body corporate, having perpetual succession and a common seal, with power to acquire or hold property both movable and immovable and shall by the said name sue and be sued.
