(i) the creation, composition and functions of any other body which is considered necessary for improving the academio life of the University; O the manner ofco-operation and collaboration with other ' Universities and institutions ofhigher eclucation; and (k) all other matters whiih by this Act or..statutes made thereurder are required to be provided by the Ordinances. (2) The Ordinances of the University shall be made by rhe Academic Council which bfter being approved by the Board of Management, shall be submitted to the State Govemment forrits approval. (3) The State Govemment shall consider the Ordinances submitted under sub-section (2) ,ivithin two months from the date of their receipt and shall either approve them of give suggestions for modifications therein.
