If any officer or member of the market committee, when required to furnish information regard to the affairs or proceedings of the market committee under section 25 - (a) Willfully neglects or refuses to furnish any information, or (b) Willfully furnishes a false information, he shall, on conviction, be punished with fine which may extend to fifty rupees.
