Short title, commencement and extent.- (1) This Act may be called the Rajasthan Agricultural Pests and Diseases Act, 1951. (2) It shall come into force on such date* and in such parts of 1[the State of Rajasthan as the 1[State Government] may from time to time, by notification in the 1[Official Gazette] direct.
