The Punjab Wild Birds and Wild Animals Protection Act, 1933 and the Preservation of Faune of Patiala Act, 1996 Bikrami, are hereby repealed; Provided that anything done, or any action taken or any proceedings commenced or continued under the Acts hereby repealed shall be deemed to have been done, taken, commenced or continued under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
