(1) The Chief Conservator of Forests, Punjab, or any other officer authorized by the State Government in this behalf may, subject to any general or special order of the State Government and after affording the licensee and opportunity of being heard, suspend or cancel and license granted under this Act. (2) Any person aggrieved by the suspension or cancellation of a license under sub- section (1) may, within thirty days of the date of order appealed against, appeal to the State Government, whose decision on such appeal shall be final.
