Every Designated Officer and his subordinates shall provide the public service, as notified by the Government from time to time, to the eligible person, within the stipulated time in a transparent manner: Provided that the stipulated time limit may be extended to such extent, as may be notified by the Government during the period of elections, natural calamities or such other eventualities.
