The Government shall consider the recommendations made by the Commission under section 16 and send information to the Commission ofthe action taken on such recommendations, within a period of sixty days or such time thereafter, as may be decided in consultation with the Commission. 1 8. person for anything done or intended to be done in good faith under this Act or (1) No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against any any rules made thereunder.
