(1) The terms and conditions of the procurement contracts entered into shall be in accordance with the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder and the conditions indicated in the bidding documents. (2) The State Government shall prescribe standard terms and conditions of contract separately for goods, works and services, as may be applicable. (3) The standard terms and conditions prepared in pursuance of sub- section (2) shall be incorporated in the procurement contracts entered into by procuring entities as applicable. The procuring entity shall include special terms and conditions specific to subject matter of the procurement.
