Rehousing scheme. - Whenever the trust deems it necessary that accom- modation should be provided for persons who are displaced by the execution of any scheme under this Act, or are likely to be displaced by the execution of any scheme, which it is intended to submit to the State Government for sanction un- der this Act it may frame a rehousing scheme for the construction, maintenance and management of such and so many dwellings and shops as ought in the opinion of the trust, to be provided for such persons.
