Supply of information and documents to the Government. - (1) The Chairman shall forward to the 3[State] Government a copy of the minutes of the proceedings of each meeting of the trust, within ten days from the date on which the minutes of the proceedings of such meeting were signed as prescribed in clause (e) of sub-section (1) of section 12.
