An Act to regulate the purchase and supply of sugarcane required for use in sugar factories. It is hereby enacted as follows: - 1.(1) (2) (3) (4) This Act may be called the Punjab Sugarcane (Regulation of Purchase and Supply) Act, 1953. It extends to the whole of the State of Punjab.
