The Board may create posts carrying the maximum scale of Rs. 1000/-. Posts carrying the maximum pay scale of Rs. 1500/- may be created with the sanction of Education Department of the Government and those carrying scale of pay above Rs. 1500/- should invariably be created with the approval of the finance department of Punjab Government.
