The Board shall appoint a suitable person with high academic qualifications and administrative experience as its Principal Executive Officer to be designated as “Director”. The terms and conditions of service (including those relating to deputation in the case of a deputationist) shall be determined by the Governing Body of the Board. The Board may entrust the charge of the post of Director to any member till the appointment of a whole-time officer as and when deemed necessary.(See Appendix B) FUNCTIONS OF THE DIRECTOR
