(1) The Commission may appoint such number of officers and other employees, as it may consider necessary, to carry out the provisions of this Act, in consultation with the Department of Finance through the Government. (2) The terms and conditions of service of the officers and other employees of the Commission shall be such, as may be decided by the Government in consultation with the Department of Finance. (3) All the employees of the Commission shall perform their duties under the superintendence and control of the Chairperson.
