(1) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, or by reason of anything contained in this Act in relation to any other enactment for the time being in force, the State Government may, as occasion arises, by order, direct that this Act shall during such period as may be specified in the order but not extending beyond the expiry of two years from the date of commencement of this Act have effect subject to such adaptation whether by way of modification, addition or omission as it may deem necessary to and expedient. Jurisdiction of civil courts barred. Power to remove difficulties. (2) Every order made under sub-section (1) shall as soon as may be, after it is made, be laid before the State Legislature.
