Save as otherwise provided in this Act, any rule or regulation with regard to affiliation, admission, curricula, staff or any other matter, as applicable before the commencement of this Act, shall remain applicable for two years from such commencement and during this period the college shall submit a status report to the Council within thirty days and a compliance report within six months and seek approval of Council within two years from the date of commencement of this Act.
