(1) This Act may be called Punjab State Council for Agricultural Education Act, 2017. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Punjab, however, the public funded, existing or deemed agricultural universities shall not come under the purview of this Act. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
