In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires, - (a) “Act” means the Punjab State Cancer and Drug Addiction Treatment Infrastructure Fund Act; Short title and commence- ment. Definitions. (b) “Board” means the Punjab State Cancer and Drug Addiction Treatment Infrastructure Fund Board constituted under section 3; (c) “Fund” means the Punjab State Cancer and Drug Addiction Treatment Infrastructure Fund constituted under section 4; (d) “Government” means the Government of Punjab in the Department of Health; (e) “prescribed” means prescribed by rules made under the Act; and (f) “section” means a section of the Act.
