(1) The Punjab Special Recruitment of Teachers Ordinance, SUNJAB GOVT. GAZ. (EXTRA), JAN. 29, 1998 "(MAGH. 9.1919 SAKA) 19007 (Punjab Ordinance No. 5 of 1997), is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the Ordinance referred to in sub-section (7), shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of thig Act, KRISHAN KUMAR KUKAR, Additional Secretary to Government of Punjab, Department of Legal and Legislative Affairs.
