P. 91-112. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Funjab in the Sewnth year of the Republic of India as follows :- I. For statement of Objects? and Reasons, see Punjab Gazette, Extra., dated the 28th August, 1956,. The Act applies only tolnerged areas by virtue of section 88 of the Punjab Re- organisation Act, 1966. It was extended to erstwhile Pepsu areas by Punjab Act No. 5 of 1957.
