(1) The State Government may transfer land owned, acquired or controlled by it to the Developer as per the provisions of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (Central Act 1 of 1894) and the rules made thereunder, as per the State policy. (2) The Developer may, himself acquire land from any person by purchase, lease or allotment.
