- S. 1(1) This Act may be called the Punjab Social Security Act, 2018

- S. 4(1) There shall be constituted a Fund to be called the Punjab Social Security Fund
- S. 5(1) The Fund shall be applied for the social services as defined in clause (h) of section 2
