On and after the commencement of this Act, all notifications, instructions or schemes related to transfer and management of municipal property issued by the Government under any other law, including the Punjab Municipal Act, 1911, the Punjab Municipal Corporation Act, 1976 and the Punjab Town Improvement Act, 1922, shall stand superseded.
