Every Municipality, which has transferred any municipal property in accordance with this Act, shall submit quarterly reports to the Government, clearly giving details of the municipal property transferred and names and addresses of the persons to whom these have been transferred: Provided that the Government may, at any time seek such other information as may be required with regard to any action taken or mandated Power to remove difficulties.
