(1) The Government shall establish a Punjab Agricultural Debt Settlement Tribunal (hereinafter referred to as Tribunal) comprising of three members including a Chairman. (2) The Chairman of Tribunal shall be a retired Judget ofa High Court. (3) Twomembers of the Tribunal shall be appointed by the Government from amongst the eminent persons having experience in social service, agriculture, financial services, banking and civil services: Provided that -* (i) the persons appointed as Chairman and members shal not be above the age of sixty-five years; (ii) they shall be appointed for a period of three years: and (iii) they shall not be eligible for re-appointment.
