(1) The Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, constitute one or more Co-operative Tribunals for the ad judication of disputes as i may deem necessary with such powers, as may be specified in the notification. [a RIT N - . or ‘ (2) The Co-operative Tribunal shall consist of raembers, appointed by the Government, possessing such qualifications, as may he specified bv the Government. (3) A Co-operative Tribunal shall have jurisdiction over the whole of the State or any part thereof as may be specified in the notification referred to in sub-section (1).
