(1) There shall be an Arbitration Council which shall be constituted by the general body to adjudicate any dispute arising under this Act. (2) The Arbitration Council shall consist of three members. Out of these members, two members shall be appointed by the general body and one shail be appointed by the Registrar : Provided that no person shall be appointed as a member of the Arbitration Council, who is holding the office of the Director. (3) The Arbitration Council shall follow such procedure and exercise such powers for adjudication of disputes, as may be specified in the bye-laws.
