(1) A self-supporting co-operative society, which has raised Specal Aud funds from other individuals or institutions, shall be liable to a special audit, which may be ordered to be made by the Registrar on an application submitted by the creditor. / XT . 8.2010 PUNJAB GOVT GAZ.
