(/) Every self-supporting co-operative society, shall maintain fgcozds and keep at its office, the following accounts, records and documents. namely :— (a) atrue copy of registration certificate ; (b) a copy of its registered bye-laws ; (c) the minutes book ; (d) accounts of all sums of money received and expended and their respective purposes ; (e) accounts of all purchases and sales of goods ; (f) accounts of the assets and liabilities ; an up-to-date register of all members and a list of members (8) with voting rights ; (h) copies of the audit reports, special audit report and mquiry report, if any, and compliance reports thereon ; and (i) all such other accounts, records and documents, as Md be required under this Act, rules and bye-laws.
