(1) The office bearers of a self-supporting co-operative society shall be elected by the Board from amongst its Directors in accordance with the provisions of bye-laws. (2) The term of office bearers shall be co-terminus with the term of the Board. (3) Any casual vacancy of the office bearer shall be filled in by the Board in accordance with the provisions of the bye-laws and the incumbent of the vacancy so filled, shall hold office for the remaining term of his predecessor: Vv PUNJAB GOVT GAZ.
